Our Ghostly Ball Gown costume includes a long elegant dress and co ordinating hat. The velour dress features lace and ruffle detailing, bow accents and a hoop to widen the skirt. A matching velour hat that is also included features matching lace detail. This costume is perfect for a ball or your next Halloween fancy dress party.
Please note the veil on the hat is not as long as that of picture.
