Description
Rebel Toons Dorothy costume includes a blue and white checkered dress with silk attachments to skirt and sleeves. Dress also comes with an attached petticoat underneath skirt and zip closure at the back of dress.
Costume also includes a pair of white stockings with blue bow and frill detailing at top and also a lace choker with blue ribbon to tie around neck
Please note this is a short dress.
