Despite what must be their busiest time of year, customer support answered within three rings. Answered my query, was told all the stock figures on their website were live, I had been let down else where so needed to be sure my kid would not be the only one without a costume for their school witch run. Then the parcel was delivered within 24hours. Can't express what a relief it is deal with a company this focused on customer happiness.
