Zombie Zipper Make Up Set

Item arrived the first time with the zip missing as the package containing items (not postal packaging) was open. Contacted the costume shop. They were very quick to respond (within 30 minutes) and said they would send me a replacement. I received the replacement the next day! All items were present.
Pros:
Costume shop very quick to send out item - received item day after I ordered although paid for standard delivery (3-4 days).
Very quick to respond when contacted about an issue
Very quick to send replacement item - received next day.
Cons:
Item should have been checked before posting to ensure no pieces were missing and packaging wasn't opened

The item itself worked very well and was easy to apply. The only minor thing is that the fake blood started to crack after 3 hours of wearing.
